Construction Worker Listed As Stable In ICU
The 58-year-old man who was injured in an industrial accident yesterday [July 4] is listed in stable condition in the Intensive Care Unit.
Speaking today, a police spokesperson said: “At last check the 58 year old male construction worker injured in a reported industrial accident around 1:30pm Thursday, July 4th in the Ducks Puddle Drive, Hamilton parish area was in stable condition in the King Edward VII Memorial Hospital’s Intensive Care Unit. Inquiries are ongoing.”
At just past 1pm yesterday, police, fire and ambulance personnel responded to the Bailey’s Bay area after receiving a report that a man was “pinned under a payloader.”
The man was freed prior to the arrival of emergency personnel, and was transported to KEMH.
