PlayList Management: ‘Year Has Been Amazing’
The Developing Artists Program [DAP] 2013 recently completed their summer program, hosting a new group of young Bermudian artists/musicians/producers in Atlanta, GA for two separate weeks of musical instruction [July 8-15 & July 16-23].
DAP was created as an opportunity to provide young musicians the chance to further their skills, expose them to the music industry, and create network opportunities for future growth. This year, there were two separate groups – Triple A [Rashae Bean, Rashun Bean, Shavonte’ Dill, Kiana Madeiros] and Element 3 [Tyler Cameron, Enrico Escolastica, Te-che’ Minors] who got the chance to live the life of professional music artists for a week.

“This year has been simply amazing!” stated PlayList Management, LLC CEO Theresa Minors. “Our goal with DAP is to provide an opportunity for our budding artists to be exposed to the inner workings of the music industry. Our young artists have worked very hard, learned a lot and have grown tremendously through the program.”
This year, the students were able to work with several artists and learn from special guest like Tony Hightower and Palmer Williams, Jr. from numerous Tyler Perry productions, including the new TV show “Love Thy Neighbor.”
Both groups were able to create, produce and record two new tracks – “Fighter” by Triple A and “Stratosphere” by Element 3, which will be played on local radio stations.
The songs will also be available on our DAP Compilation CD 2011 – 2013, which includes the songs “Play Thing” by DAP 2011, “Misfit” by Da Misfits [DAP 2012] featuring K Star [Original P] – with a bonus track “Fly Away” – the new single from Bermudian Rap artist Kidd Clazzic featuring KeyKey Roberts!
