Argo Group Declares $0.15 Dividend Per Share
Bermuda-based Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., an international underwriter of specialty insurance and reinsurance products, announced its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend will be paid on September 16, 2013, to shareholders of record on September 2, 2013.
