BBFS Begin Play In Vildbjerg Cup In Denmark
The Bermuda Brazilian Football School [BBFS] began taking part in the Vildbjerg Cup in Denmark, playing three matches recording two wins and one draw.
The BBFS finished their first match locked at 3 – 3 with Lynne Uggelose IF from Denmark, with the BBFS getting goals from Richard Jones Jr, Erik Correia plus an own goal.
The second match saw the BBFS defeat Stovring IF from Denmark 3 – 2 in a nail biting match. BBFS fell behind 1-0 and rallied back to lead 2-1. Stovring scored to make it 2-2 but BBFS took the lead and held on to win. BBFS got two goals from Correia and one from Jones.
In their final match of the day the BBFS defeated Tus Obenstrohe of Germany 6-0. The BBFS dominated the match from the start to finish with single goals from Rahzir Smith-Jones, Jones Jr, Correia, San-Tze Burgess, Jared Richardson and a penalty by goalkeeper Michael Williams.
