After a 22 year hiatus, the Bermuda Police Service resurrected the Gymkhana in 2010 and by all results it was another successful day. Joining the children were mascots representing different schools and organisations around the island.

Bermuda Police Service Sergeant Clifford Roberts said, “The day started off slowly but picked up, the Gymkhana main purpose is to bridge the gap between the police and the Community.”

The popular family day, is now in it’s fourth year after being off the calendar for a number of years and it continues to draw more and more people in the community to the event.

Roberts went on to say, “The day has been great, all the kids and their parents are having fun and that’s the main thing, hopefully this event gets bigger and better.”
