Bermuda Snooker League Action Continues

The latest Bermuda Snooker League action saw Sandys Boat Club take five points from Warwick Workman’s Club Two team. Peter Bromby defeated Nadanja Bailey 45-17, while Chris Bromby cruised by Keith Smith 70-36. John Bromby defeated Daniel Caines in the Double frame games 37-24 & 46-33. The Doubles game was won by partners Smith and Jonathan Peniston against Peter and Chris Bromby 47-32.

Watford Sports Club Two kept their winning streak going by defeating Spanish Point Boat Club 4-2. Aaron Bean defeated Stewart Greenslade 61-31, Chris Dakin tied the score by winning his game against Tony Dawson 56-49 and Keino Zuill and Ed Gumbs split a point each in the Double frame games. Gumb’s won the first game 50-40 and Zuill the second game 45-30. Bean and Dawson won the Doubles game against Greenslade and Dakin 74-33.

Warwick Workman’s Club One and Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club finished level at 3-3. Timmy Sousa gave Warwick Workman’s Club One an early lead by defeating Ross Spurling 70-20. Andrew Hanwell would even the score for Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club by defeating Andre Burgess 53-33. In a very close battle Bart Lewis took both games from James Talbot 46-41 & 45-40. Leon Smith and Sousa defeated Hanwell/Jon Pedro in the Doubles game 46-15.

Watford Sports Club One defeated Queen’s Club 5-1. Steven Bremar and John Nicol were first up on the table with Bremar coming out victorious winning both his games 54-5 & 56-44. Rick Dorush defeated Ray DeSilva 60-44. Zane DeSilva won his game against John Burns 48-28. The DeSilvas won the Doubles game against Burns and Dorush 54-35.

High break of 30 went to Keino Zuill for the second consecutive week.
