Premier Craig Cannonier spoke about the One Bermuda Alliance’s first ten months in power, and the various legislation that has been put in place.
“It is vital that we all understand we have no real natural resources of our own,” said the Premier. “And so we have to rely on the investment coming into the country to fuel our economy. This is a global economy that we are competing against, and so we must do everything possible to incentivise that investment.”
When asked about the gambling referendum, the Premier said it will happen in the “early new year – January, February. “We would love for our students to be here of course,” said the Premier. “So we are looking at the timeline.”

oh puhlease. this PR campaign by Premier Cannonier is ridiculous. Why doesnt he go on live talk shows to answer impromptu questions? Gary Moreno show, Sherri Simmons show, and others? Anyone can read from a teleprompter or answer scripted questions. I am so disappointed.
He speaks! Did you read my comment the other day? This is exactly what I wanted to see. Considering the Premier holds no ministry its nice to see our leader updating the public rather than each individual minister. It lets the public know our leader at least has an idea of what is going on in each ministry. This is good too see, keep up the good work.

A plane was about to crash and there were only 4 parachutes. Meanwhile there were 5 people on board..
The 1st person was Usain Bolt and he said: “You know I’m the world’s fastest runner, so I can’t die now” he took 1 parachute and left..
The 2nd who was Sir John Swan said: “You know I’m one the richest men in Bermuda and have a lot going on. I’m not ready to die” so, he took the 2nd parachute and left..
The Premier Craig Cannonier said: “You know I’m the smartest and most important man in Bermuda and maybe the world, so I can’t die now” he took 1 and left..
It was left with Marc Bean and a little schoolgirl.
Mr.Bean said to her: “Take the last one, I will sacrifice my life for you..”
The little girl replied: “But there are two parachutes left, Craig took my school bag

I guess it shouldn’t surprise me that he would get in front of cameras and lie about what’s really going on in the party. I wish he would do a REAL interview and answer the questions that people really need answers to but that would require the puppeteers to relinquish the control they have over him. WAKE UP BERMUDIANS!!
