Police: Coltrane Ratteray Now In Custody
Coltrane Ratteray — who the police issued a notice about earlier this week — turned himself in to Hamilton Police Station this morning [Nov 3] and is now in custody.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance in locating Mr. Coltrane Ratteray.
“Mr. Ratteray turned himself in to Hamilton Police Station Sunday morning, November 3rd. A court appearance is anticipated in due course.”
On October 31st, the police said they were “actively seeking to arrest” Mr. Ratteray, who they said “failed to appear before the courts on Thursday 31st October 2013 on an outstanding matter, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest by a Magistrate.”

Police wasn’t looking hard. all they had to do was go bus terminal @ 5. Jokes really. All missed court appearances should be treated equally. First business day of every month should have an add in the paper work name and shame missed appearances for the month. Just saying.
