Video: Watch Nahki Wells Score His Hat-Trick
Bermuda’s Nahki Wells was in top form on Sunday [Nov 17], striking goals in the 17th minute and 28th minute and then converting a penalty during stoppage time to score a hat-trick in Bradford’s 3-3 draw against Coventry City.
These three goals — his second hat-trick for Bradford — mark the first time he has scored following his recent layoff due to an injury.
The 23 year old Bermudian returned to the game late last month after going off during Bradford’s match on September 28th after taking a hard knock to his foot causing ligament damage.
It wasn’t just Bermudians and Bradford City fans who took notice of Wells great showing, with the former Dandy Town player ‘trending’ on Twitter minutes after claiming his hat-trick, indicating that he was one of the most talked about topics at that time for the estimated 15 million Twitter users in the UK.

Check the expression on his face at the end of full time when he was hugged by his team mate – it says it all!
