Basketball League: Somerset & St. George’s Win
In Bermuda Basketball Elite City League action inside the Somersfield Academy Gymnasium this weekend, the Hamilton Parish Chargers went down 42 – 26 to the Somerset Flyers.
Jason Lowe scored 15 points to lead the Somerset Flyers to victory, while Jaron Haley scored a game high 16 points for the Hamilton Parish Chargers.
The nightcap saw the St. George’s International’s defeat the Hamilton Tsunamis 46-36.
Billy Dunn and Dean Jones both scored a game high 14 points to lead the St. George’s International’s to victory, while Dion Easton scored 10 points for the Hamilton Tsunamis.
