New Year’s Day Harness Racing at the National Equestrian Center on Vesey Street saw Ryan King in the bike of Cruise Control cross the line first in the 1:13 & Slower Time Bar Class with a time of 1:15/3, while Don’t Skip A Beat and Chad Sutherland finished second in a time of 1:16/4 and Tee Time with Kirista Rabain in the bike finished third in 1:41 flat.
Maurice Raynor in the bike of Just Like That won Heat 2 in the 1:08/3 to 1:10/3 Time Bar Class crossing the line in a time of 1:09/4, Red Grand with Samatha Hayward in the bike finished second with a time of 1:10 flat and Edward Roque in the bike of Shamrock High Alert finished third clocking 1:10/2.
Heat 3 was the 1:06/1 to 1:07/1 Time Bar Class that saw Real Ladylike with Dylan DeSilva in the bike cross the line first in a time of 1:08 flat and Zinho Cooper in the bike of GV Smokem finished second clocking a time of 1:08/1.
