Kiwon Waldron Wins In Photo Finish
Bermudian harness pony racing driver Kiwon Waldron was part of a rare three-way dead heat in harness racing at Harrah’s Hoosier Park in Indiana.
Competing in Race Two of the Pace class, the Bermudian drove Stop The Vanity to the finish in an official time of 1:54.0, with the top three horses crossing the line together.
Race officials reviewed the photo finish before confirming the result.
Following the review, officials declared a three-way dead heat, with Stop The Vanity, driven by Waldron, El Jute, driven by Atlee Bender, and Clear Guidance, driven by Marcus Miller, all sharing the victory.
