    • Sandy Bottom says:

Or the government could sit around wringing its hands, praying for a solution that never comes. Like the last lot did.

    • Tommy Chong says:

Most definitely! Because criminals never think of wearing bandanas, hoodies or full faced helmets to cover their identities.

  4. Rick Olson says:

If more info is really wanted a better description is needed where the event took place and the exact time ?

@glen that’s shameful cause this is ur home. Problems are everywhere n it’s not like everyone’s home get robbed! It’s sad that most of us don’t think how we can be part of the solution such as volunteering with mirrors, mentoring, coaching, big bros n sis, reading at the schools, being foster parents, helping at the GED schools, and a host of other programs that will help our young people steer away from such destructive lives. I hope and pray more of us would take pride in our country and assist in helping where n when we can instead of being negative and complaining.

    • glen says:

Not complaining. Intact I agree with you! This my truth, my thoughts and prayers will continue for Bermuda and world Peace..

    • Come Correct says:

I do my part by keeping a GED handy for anyone who wants to break into my house. (GED = General Execution Device/machete)

  6. Stephen says:

I agree with you glen as I know live in the U.S. I am no hurry to even visit my home bermuda. Such a shame de island is what it is today. Definitely not what it was when I was growing up there for sure

    • shaka zulu says:

@stephen, true the island is not the same, but America!!the land where you send your children to school and they might be shot, bombing and how many murders per day, not taking away the drugs , rapes etc..so you see, it is not the country, but the people who live in those countries..

      • buzz says:

Hey Shaka like it was mentioned about
the mile distance in bermuda,if some one
was in a larger place they can escape the
madness but here in Bermuda with 21 MILES
you just cant Rid your self of the Madness
toO easly it is eVERY WHERE.

  7. Gotham says:

I believe the lady moved her business here and has been here only a few weeks. South Road, Hamilton Parish is in this instance Tucker’s Town. One or two more incidents like this and that will be it – game over.

  8. Bermuda Male says:

All the Mirrors and other no doubt well meaning programs are not stemming the flow of bad children being made that way by bad parents (parent).
Stop blaming the teachers, the education, the money flow and face up to the real problem..and we all know what it is, screaming at your bus driver, screaming at a 2year old in the supermarket, cursing and swearing, demanding RESPECT but never showing it, children giving birth to children,
angry and hurt youth denied two parents and the love and support they so desperately need.
Meanwhile back in Lala land the leaders of your community wage war over
such important things as legalizing marijuana and should we have gambling or not.
We tried gambling once and it cost us $1.5 billion. Maybe if we all get stoned we’ll forget about our troubles.
