Man Charged With Assaulting His Own Mother
Appearing in Magistrates Court today [Mar 14] a 27 year old man denied assaulting his mother which was alleged to have occurred at their Hamilton Parish residence earlier this month.
Darren Anglin pleaded not guilty to two charges and was granted $2,000 bail with a surety and an order to stay away from the complainant who is his mother.
Anglin pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting the woman, who is his mother; and to using threatening words by telling her, “I will punch you.”
Senior Magistrate Archie Warner also ordered Anglin to find another residence.

I fail to see the humor in this. A man allegedly assaulting a woman, whether it be his wife, girlfriend, mother or even a total stranger, is not funny at all.
Unless you know this family personally, you cannot assume his father isn’t in the picture or that his mother never disciplined him.
Whatever the case may be, acts against women is nothing to LMAO (in your words).
I wasn’t laughing at the fact that he allegedly assaulted his mother. I’m laughing at the fact that this person actually thinks he had a father in his life, if he did chances are he wouldn’t be allegedly assaulting his mother don’t you think?
Point is….nothing funny about this nor can you assume his father is not in the picture. As a former police officer, I can assure you that there are plenty of criminals with both parents in their lives.
