CMS 5K Walk/Run Raises Money For Charity
The Clara Muhammed School [CMS] 5K Walk & Run took place yesterday [Apr 27], with a total of 52 participants took part in the event.
The event also had a specific ‘run and roll’ category with prizes for children on bikes, children in strollers, people pushing strollers, and any other self-powered mode of transportation.
The Clara Mohammed School is a non-profit organisation and registered Bermuda charity. CMS organised this event at minimal cost in order to ensure that the proceeds can benefit its intended recipients.
A spokesperson said, “Clara Muhammed School would like to thank all the participants and volunteers who attending Sunday’s 5K Walk & Run. CMS would also like to thank sponsors Butterfield and Vallis, Gorhams, BGA, Arnolds, Market Place, and Lindos.
“Partial proceeds have been given or will be given to Meals on Wheels, the Eliza Dolittle Society, and PALS.”
