Commissiong Commends Masters Staff & BIU
“The Bermuda Progressive Labour Party congratulates the workers at Masters Ltd for seeking and successfully achieving Bermuda Industrial Union representation,” Shadow Workforce Development Minister Rolfe Commissiong.
Mr. Commissiong added, “Both the BIU and Masters Ltd must be commended for the collaborative and non-contentious manner in which this process unfolded.
“The Bermuda Progressive Labour Party recognizes the significant role played by the trade union movement in creating better, fairer workplaces and in improving wages and benefits for Bermudian workers. As such, the expansion of union representation further in the private sector represents a victory for all who believe in fairness and opportunity.”
