PartnerRe Declares $0.67 Quarterly Dividend
Bermuda-based PartnerRe Ltd. declared a dividend of $0.67 per common share. The dividend will be payable on May 30, 2014, to common shareholders of record on May 19, 2014.
PartnerRe Ltd. is a global reinsurer, providing multi-line reinsurance to insurance companies. For the year ended December 31, 2013, total revenues were $5.5 billion. At December 31, 2013, total assets were $23.0 billion, total capital was $7.5 billion and total shareholders’ equity attributable to PartnerRe was $6.7 billion.
