Netball League: Teachers & Lady Zebras Win
The Bermuda Netball Summer League Season continued at the Bernard Park with a double header that produced 113 goals.
The BUT Teachers defeated the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds 34 – 25. Kimale Evans led the BUT Teachers to victory with 28 goals, while Tanika White and Camille Masters both added 3 goals each. Fredricka Samuels scored 24 goals for the Young Men Social Club Lady Bluebirds, while Jasmine Smith scored once.
The PHC Lady Zebras defeated BPSU 32 – 22, the PHC Lady Zebras were led to victory by Jennifer Simmons who scored 19 goals and Amali Smith added 13 goals, while Alex Dowling scored 18 goals for BPSU, with Inshannae Smith scoring 4 times.
