Vehicle Testing At TCD Suspended Until 11am

[Updated] The Transport Control Department [TCD] has suspended vehicle testing at its North Street facility until 11.00am today [June 17], while its satellite facilities will be closed for the day.

A spokesperson said, “Please be advised that there will be no vehicle testing today at the Transport Control Department’s main facility on North Street until 11.00am. The satellite testing facilities will be closed all day.”

“All test appointments will be rescheduled and one-day permits will be reissued. The Department apologises for any inconveniences that this may cause the general public.”

Update 10.42am: Vehicle testing at the TCD’s North Street location has resumed.

A spokesperson said, “Please be advised that vehicle testing at the Transport Control Department [North Street location only] has resumed. Department staff are working to reschedule all persons who had appointments for this morning for this afternoon or tomorrow.”
