Seven athletes will compete for Bermuda in four sports. Those athletes include Faheemah “Kyrah” Scraders [athletics], Jahnhai Perinchief [athletics], Kionje Somner [athletics], Cecilia Wollmann [sailing], Jesse Washington [swimming], Erica Hawley [triathlon], and Tyler E. Smith [triathlon].
The team will be supported by six officials under the leadership of the Chef de Mission, Ms. Katura Horton-Perinchief.

They are great ambassadors for Bermuda and, at the Games, they will have the opportunity not only to compete on the world stage, but to interact with young athletes from all over the globe.
“It is a wonderful opportunity and a significant milestone in their journeys to success. We congratulate the athletes on their achievements thus far and wish them the very best of luck in competition. We know they will do us proud.”
Bermuda competed in the 2010 iteration of the Games in Singapore in 2010, with four athletes representing the island, including sprinter Jeneko Place, sailor Owen Siese, triathlete Ryan Gunn, and middle distance runner Taylor Ashley-Bean.
All four of those competitors achieved top 10 finishes in the world class event.
