54 Year Old Man Charged: Sexual Exploitation

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Sept 4], a 54 year old man was charged with sexually exploiting a young girl said to be under 10 years old. The offence allegedly took place in August 2014.

As the charges can only be heard in the Supreme Court, the defendant — who cannot be legally named at this stage of the proceedings – did not have to enter a plea. Senior Magistrate Archie Warner remanded the man into custody and set an mention date of 11th September.

      historically, this is nothing new…jus being reported on and kids aren’t afraid to speak up, and parents are not flinching to turn in their own family and friends
