Photos: $70 Million Super Yacht Back In Bermuda
The $70 million super yacht “Lady S” is back in Bermuda, where it is presently docked at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess.
At last report, the 225-foot long vessel is owned by Daniel Snyder, an American billionaire best known as the owner of the Washington American football team, which has been embroiled in some controversy over the name.
Built by Dutch company Amels in 2006 as the Lady Anne P.B., the super yacht was later sold to Mr. Snyder, who renamed her Lady S. The Washington Post reports that the purchase price was in the region of $70 million.
The luxury yacht can accommodate 16 guests and 22 crew members, and features a 5-story spiral staircase, theatre room, 10,000 litre pool, Jacuzzi, fully-equipped gym, sauna, library, tender boats, an elevator serving all levels, and more.
Listed at a weekly charter rate of €497,000 [$623,000], the boat is one of quite a few super yachts that visit the island, and was also seen here last year.
As part of more than a $90 million redevelopment project of The Fairmont Hamilton Princess, the hotel constructed a new marina with up to 60 berths, ranging in size to accommodate vessels pleasure crafts, tournament fishing boats, as well as super yachts.
The full-service marina offers integrated pump-out facilities, custom electrical service and water distribution, with additional services for guests of the marina, including custom picnic hampers for day trips or on-board catering for events and gatherings aboard larger vessels.
She’s a beauty! I hope they enjoy their visit.
Nice craft, but didn’t see no Native American emblem on it !!!!!!!!!!
this was in St.George’s earlier this year.
Arrived back in St. George’s this (Thursday) afternoon.
This brings back memories as I chartered this vessel twice last year. A decent entry level yacht but it is lacking when compared to some of the more modern vessels available. The on board pool, for example, was a bit small.
The Venetian looks like a toy!
In this case, the Venetian is the “run around” boat!
Are yachts inspected or do we just show our friendly hospitality, and not offended them by having customs do an inspection for contraband…
lol no way how else u think half the bad stuff gets on this island
