It’s great, reading / seeing positive things coming to fruition…I would like to further thank the Green family for being optimistic and having the vision/s they have.

Very encouraging to see how quickly projects are completed in the private sector. Compare with the time it has taken Government to complete the new restrooms at John Smiths Bay.

Oddly enough they’ll probably end up costing about the same too.

I would like to know how Correia Construction can do a job like this on budget, but when it comes to doing any Government Job (Dockyard Docks and TCD for example) they are way over budget????
    Just does not make sense!!!

Cause they know that they can’t get any further funding. What was discussed in the beginning is final. In Gov they know that they can ask/get more if required.

    • Raymond Ray says:

It does make one wonder…Maybe it’s the “friends and family plan” when (Correia Cons.)did that work under the former Govt.?
