Bermuda Gas To Host Free Turkey Demos
Bermuda Gas will demonstrate how to cook a turkey, two ways, this Thursday evening [Nov 20] from 5:30 to 7:30pm in their Showroom, located at 25 Serpentine Road.
This free event will feature Chef Charles Henry and amateur chef, Charles Tatem, as each demonstrates his preferred turkey cooking method.
“Chef Henry will prepare his special Jerk Spiced turkey using the popular Grace range of spices, and Mr. Tatem will demonstrate how to cook a deep fried turkey,” said Bermuda Gas General Manager, Judith Uddin.
“Each chef will prepare a turkey in advance so that guests can sample the options while watching and learning how to make these deliciously different takes on a holiday favourite.”
She added: “We are delighted to showcase the Crisco, Grace and Durkee product lines, and to offer some new beverages and snacks from local distributor, Pitt & Company.
“Guests will not only have a chance to learn from the chefs, they can also taste the foods and beverages on display. In addition, we will raffle door prizes for the occasion!”
“We look forward to welcoming everyone on November 20th. In order to cater for the correct number of people, we ask that anyone planning to attend, kindly RSVP to Barb Jones at 295-3111 x1843 or bjones@bermudagas.bm by Tuesday.”
