Flora Duffy Wins Queen Of Bermuda Triathlon
Fresh off the heels of her XTERRA World Championship title, Bermuda’s Flora Duffy won the Queen of Bermuda Triathlon on a rain soaking Sunday morning.
Duffy — who led from start to finish — crossed the line in a time of 55:50, Rebeccah Wassner finished second recording a time of 56:45, and her sister Laurel Wassner finished third with a time of 58:18.
Duffy clocked a time of 11:29 on the swim, before recording a time of 23:28 on the bike and then closed out with a time of 18:37 on the run C.
Zoey Roberts time of 1:06:42 saw her capture the duathlon, with Joanne Medeiros finishing second clocking 1:08:43 and Lynn Norman was third with a time of 1:12:06.
