“Return Of Tha Underground 2.0″ To Launch

JROC is launching the ‘Return of Tha Underground Video Show 2.0′ this evening [Nov 10], with the television show set to highlight local artists on Channel 82 at 4.00pm, with a repeat broadcast at 8.00pm.

Tha Underground video show is a spin off from Tha Underground radio show that aired on Power 95 from 2005 to 2014, and the video show is not entirely new to the TV airways in Bermuda — some 23 episodes were shown on TV in 2006 — so this version has been dubbed the ’2.0′ version.

“After a lengthy search for a host, we came across young talented Dante Wellman. Donte brings his wit and personality to the screen with his commentary of the videos as well as news on what’s going on in the music scene here in Bermuda and abroad.

“The show will play videos of local unsigned artists and unsigned artists overseas. As we did on the radio show, we open up to unsigned artists overseas to submit songs and videos. This was done to provide a network link with local artists and producers with artists and producers overseas to build relationships.

“As the show premieres on Monday November 10th with the playing of music videos, there will be other elements added to episodes of the show as time moves on, with exclusive interviews with artists and producers here and abroad as we profile their progress in the music business, along with other features that are in the works”

How to submit your music videos to the show:

• Email your video download or Youtube link[s] to myvideo@thaunderground.net
• Videos must be of high quality 720p, 1080p or higher.
• Videos must be clean version as per radio version
• All videos are subjected to a review before airing
• Submitted video via email must include name of artist, song, director, producer or label
