Two Men Charged With Trespass, Stealing

December 18, 2014

Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Dec 18], two men were granted bail after denying charges alleging they trespassed and stole jewellery.

Troy Harris, 24, and Marcus Robinson, 18, were both granted $5,000 bail and both were required to wear electronic monitoring devices and abide by a curfew. The pair were given a trial date in April 2015.

This happened after they both pleaded not guilty to being together concerned in trespassing in a St George’s residence on 16th December 2014 and stealing jewellery whose value, at present, was not known.
