Court: Tiffany Eatherly Denies Multiple Charges
Appearing in the Supreme Court Monthly Arraignments Session this morning [Jan 5], Tiffany Eatherly pleaded not guilty to perverting the course of justice, giving false testimony, giving evidence with intent to mislead the Court, and wilfully making false statements.
The Court heard this allegedly occurred in April 2014.
Ms Eatherley’s trial is set for April 2015. She will remain free on bail until then.
