Time Lapse Video: Bermuda Beach Art Workshop
With the Beach Art Festival set for tomorrow [Mar 28], a handful of sand sculpting enthusiasts headed to Horseshoe Bay Beach on Wednesday in order to learn tips and techniques from the festival’s guest beach artist, Tony Plant, of Cornwall, England.
Beach art will be created between 9.00am and 12.00pm on the day of the Festival, which will culminate in a presentation and prize giving ceremony at the Seabreeze Terrace, overlooking Elbow Beach, at 6.00pm.

A spokesperson said, “The Beach Art Festival is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the outdoors, our pristine beaches and the wonderful creativity and beauty of beach art.
“The Bermuda Beach Art Festival is a family and community cultural event and is very eco-friendly. We are very grateful for this year’s Beach Art Festival sponsors ACE and FIL.”
Entry is free and artists of all levels are invited to participate in four categories for a cash prize, including Adult, Teen, Family, Tourist, and Best Design Overall.
