Matilda Smith Charity Fun Walk This Sunday
With the registration period now over, the Matilda Smith Williams Seniors Residence is getting set to host a charity fun walk on Sunday, March 22, 2015, beginning at 3.00pm at Botanical Gardens.
The event poster says, “Whether you’re a tortoise or a hare and want to bring your child or chair, come out and have fun. Everyone is welcomed to join us. All proceeds will go towards activities for our seniors.”
The registration fee for the charity walk was $25 for adults and $10 for children under 12, with registration ending at 4.00pm today [Mar 18]. The walk pledge sheet is available online [PDF here].
