21-Year-Old Man Faces Three Charges In Court
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Mar 19], 21-year-old Robert Holdipp plead not guilty to making a false or misleading statement on January 14, 2015, as well as unlawfully assaulting another man on January 16, 2015.
Mr. Holdipp then plead guilty to using a motor vehicle while that vehicle was not covered by third party insurance on January 14, 2015.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo fined Mr. Holdipp $1,000 on the offence involving the lack of insurance. The Magistrate set trial on the other two matters for June and granted bail at $2,000, but with a Surety.
