Tennis: Bermuda Open Singles Finals Results
The Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association’s 2015 Open Singles Championships concluded at the Coral Beach and Tennis Courts.
Number One Seed Gavin Manders had to dig deep in the first set against Number Two Seed Jenson Bascome, down 5-3 at one point in the first set and Bascome looking in control, Manders then took control from there winning the first set 7-5 and then he won the second set 6-1.
On the Ladies side, Number Two Seed Kaylah Ming went through the Round Robin undefeated after defeating Kaila Harvey 6-4, 6-2 and then she defeated Imani Phillips 6-4, 6-4. Number One Seed Jacklyn Lambert defeated Phillips in straight sets 6-3, 6-0 and then she won a walkover her sister Tara lambert.
