75-Year-Old Denies Causing GBH While Driving
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Apr 30], 75-year-old Edward Fox, of Sandy’s, pleaded not guilty to causing grievous bodily harm to a person by driving on without due care or attention. The incident allegedly occurred December 28 last year in Sandy’s.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo granted the man $3,000 and adjourned the matter until July 2 this year.
