What I have written today was c./p. from the article posted in the Bernews (above) So, if I am wrong then wouldn’t Bernews be wrong also?
and does M.A.W.I get held somewhat accountable for this? That place is ridiculous!!!!
And why is this place ridiculous??
Ray Ray, you are so stuck in your “old” mentality. Someone asked you on a post when this was first reported, have you ever known any of these patients to be a danger to the public?
And I add, with or without medication?
Yes, I have http://bernews.com/2011/03/extremely-rare-outpatients-are-a-danger/
Even though it says it’s rare, it isn’t never.
Man Charged With Stabbing 57-Yr-Old Man
March 31, 2011
This morning [Mar.31] Shiloh Payne appeared in Magistrates Court in connection with the stabbing of a 57-year-old man earlier this month.
Mr Payne, 26, was charged with with unlawfully wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm in a public space and within 300 yards of a school, and possessing an offensive weapon – a sharpened screwdriver.
Lawyer Richard Horseman argued that Mr Payne lived with his mother and was an out-patient from MAWI said to be under treatment. Magistrate Archie Warner ordered that Mr Payne should be remanded into custody until 14th April when he will re-appear for mention. The case can only be tried in Supreme Court.
The incident occurred at approximately 12:30pm on March 20, 2011, and the victim, a 57-year-old Sandys man, was stabbed repeatedly outside a residence on Pleasantville Lane in Sandys. He was rushed to hospital where he was placed in the Intensive Care Unit.
Thanks S. C. for reminding them that seem to have “short-term-memories”
Well “Hurricane” now what do you,(or anyone else that maybe viewing life through rose coloured glasses)feel about Mr. Shiloh Payne or others that are confided to M.A.W.I.?
As the motto for,(I believe) N.A.C.C. goes: “The mind is a terrible thing to waste.”Granted, mental ailments vary, some are an extremely serious sickness yet it doesn’t make “certain individuals” safe…
Ok, you know what, you and Ray Ray should continue living in your fear.
Meanwhile our your are doing we in the Carifta Games while the medals keep flying in the Bernews Comments in ‘really’
