Man Denies Firearm, Ammunition, Drug Charges
In this morning’s [June 1] Supreme Court Arraignment Session, 36-year-old Filipino national Romonito Adlawan pleaded not guilty to charges involving a firearm, ammunition, drugs, and possession of cash.
Mr. Adlawan said he was not guilty to importing and possessing a firearm, importing and possessing ammunition; importing and possessing cannabis; and possessing cash knowing it to be the proceeds of crime or criminal activity.
All the charges arose out of an intervention on 5th May 2015.
Currently on remand, Mr Adlawan will remain on remand until 16th June when he re-appears for Mention.
