I thought this was the bill that would ban smoking of e-cigarettes indoors. Based on the wording it doesn’t ban e-cigs at all indoors (rightfully so). E-cigs are not tobacco products nor smokeless tobacco products and are entirely harmless and a way to help people quit smoking. Prohibitting the smoking of e-cigs is stupid and dumbfounded so I am glad this law doesn’t do that. (I don’t smoke).
Actually upon reading the definitions laid out this law in fact does ban indoor smoking of e-cigs sorry. Thats nonsensical. I hope this law is reppealed to exclude that. which fool introduced this?
