Photos: International Guests Arrive For Festival

A number of international fashion professionals arrived in Bermuda via JetBlue today [July 8] as they get set to take part in the Bermuda Fashion Festival.

The international arrivals included actor and model Darrin Dewitt Henson and Girlfriends Getaway 2 actresses Malinda Williams, Terri Vaughn, and Essence Atkins. Also present was Mr. Henson’s on-island representative Amir, who  coordinated the Fashion Festival’s Hair & Beauty Show, and Jet Blue manager Lawrence Scott.

The film Girlfriends Getaway 2 will have its world premiere at Speciality Cinema on Friday [July 10], including a red carpet reception. The trailer for the film is below.

The Bermuda Fashion Festival started with the Hair and Beauty show on Monday [July 7], and will continue with the Local Designer Show & After Party at Barr’s Park this evening, the Local Designer Trunk Show at Pier 6 and the International Designer Show at Barr’s Bay Park on July 9, the Gombey Happy Hour on July 10, and the Evolution Retail Show at City Hall Car Park on July 11.
