58 Year Old Man Denies Wounding Charge

In this morning’s [Aug 3] Supreme Court Arraignments, Mr Denis Davis pleaded not guilty to wounding a man with intent to do bodily harm; having a bladed article – a knife with a five inch blade – in a public place; with both these incidents alleged to have occurred on 23rd April 2015

Mr Davis was also charged with, and plead not guilty to, stalking someone between 2014 and April 2015.

Mr Davis’s defence lawyer submitted a request for a second psychological report that was to be read with the first and already completed psychological report. Justice Simmons acceded to that request and ordered a second report.

Mr Davis was given a Mention date of 1st October at which time the report status will be reviewed and a trial date set.
