Man Pleads Not Guilty To Stealing From School
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Aug 24], 26-year-old Malik Cann pleaded not guilty to trespassing in Prospect Primary School on 19th August 2015, and stealing a wooden toy gun, an undetermined number of coins, and other miscellaneous items.
Magistrate Dennis Chin granted bail at $1,000, and ordered Cann to wear an electronic monitoring device, and report three times a week to the police station. The Magistrate set 8th November as the Mention date when Cann must return to Court to have a trial date set.
