38-Year-Old Denies Being Drunk & Incapable
Appearing in Magistrates Court, 38-year-old Denton Santucci, pleaded not guilty to being drunk and incapable of taking care of himself in Blackwatch Pass in October 2015; and, on the same date, unlawfully damaging the walls and floor of a police cell by at Hamilton Police Station by smearing them with items. Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo set trial for December and granted bail at $1,000.
