56-Year-Old Man To Be Tried In Supreme Court
A 56-year-old man — charged with touching a young girl — re-appeared in Magistrates Court and elected to be tried in Supreme Court.
In a previous session, the Devonshire Parish man faced charges that being a person in a position of trust, for sexual reason, he touched a young girl and intruded on her privacy so as to alarm, insult, or offend her. All allegations were alleged to have occurred in October 2015.
The man must re-appear for mention on 5th November.
