Marcus’ Offering Special Thanksgiving Menu

Chef Marcus Samuelsson’s signature restaurant Marcus’ at the Hamilton Princess will be offering a special Thanksgiving menu, with items such as roasted pumpkin and cassava pie available on Thursday, November 26 for both lunch and dinner.

The menu’s first course includes Marcus’ salad of roasted pumpkin, dried cherries, spiced pecans, and sherry vinaigrette, or Amaral’s Farm Carrot Soup and Pasilla chili crema.

The second course will include roasted turkey breast, leg confit, Brussels sprouts, stuffing, cranberry, and gravy, followed by a dessert course consisting of Cassava Pie, Safari breakfast ice cream, and bourbon nut crumble.

Sides will include sweet potato chipotle gratin, roasted Bermuda pumpkin, and pistachio butter crumbs.

The cost for the holiday meal is $69 per person; a 17 percent gratuity will be added to the menu price listed.
