Clay Court Championships Entry Deadline Looms
Entries for the Junior Clay Court Championships at Coral Beach & Tennis Club close tomorrow [December 24].
The tournament features Male and Female Singles and Doubles in 18 and Under, 16 and Under, 14 and Under and 12 and Under categories.
The tournament runs from December 27 to December 31 at Coral Beach & Tennis Club and players must register by tomorrow in order to play.
Coral Beach lead tennis pro Neal Towlson said, “We have had a fairly good response so far, but some players who were away at school or busy with other things may have missed the announcement, so we are reminding players to get their names in by tomorrow.
“As I said previously, there are talented young players here in Bermuda and away at school and this is a chance for them to show their development since the summer.”
Entry fees for the BLTA sanctioned event are $25 for the first event and $10 for each subsequent event. Entry forms are available here or here and at the Coral Beach Club tennis office. Interested players and parents should call 239-7216 or e-mail tennis@coralbeach.bm.
