Court: 61-Year-Old Charged With Causing GBH
Appearing in Magistrates Court this morning [Jan 8], a 61-year-old man was remanded in custody after being charged with causing grievous bodily harm to RoseAnn Edwards.
Mr Otis Walter Bell was charged with causing grievous bodily harm to Ms Edwards by unlawfully wounding her. This was alleged to have occurred in January 2015.
As the matter will be sent to the Supreme Court for trial, Mr Bell was not required to enter a plea.
Mr Bell was remanded into custody by Magistrate Archie Warner until the next Arraignment session on 1st February.
