Photos & Video: Walk To Calvary Reenactment
Congregations from the St. George’s churches marked today’s [March 25] Good Friday holiday by staging their annual reenactment of Jesus’ crucifixion.
Crowds of onlookers turned up for the event, which recreates Jesus’ walk to Calvary for his crucifixion. The walk included stops at locations including the Unfinished Church and historic St. Peter’s Church, with someone carrying the cross through the streets of the Old Town in preparation for his crucifixion.
.
The Walk to Calvary production has been staged annually during the Easter season for more than 15 years, becoming something of a St. George’s tradition.

These kinds of gatherings should be everyday.
Peace.
I agree, and they got it right with color of the Messiah.
There is no messiah. It’s all mumbo jumbo myths for the gullible.
If you want to read something for the gullible… Atheism: The belief that there was nothing, and nothing happened to nothing and then nothing magically exploded for no reason, creating everything, and then a bunch of everything magically rearranged itself for no reason whatsoever into self-replicating bits which then turned into dinosaurs.
If you don’t believe don’t open the link!
You’re the ones that believe in magic, that there’s a magic old man in the sky that watches everything you do. That noah had two of every animal, all 16 million of them, inlcuding dinosaurs, on the ark.
We can all list thousands of evil deeds done in the name of god.
It’s all myths, like believing in fairies at the bottom of the garden.
Creatards.
hey zevon
where are all your other haters of religion n christianity
they had so much to say before about religious folk concerning same sex marriage n civil unions.
fools – like you
He;s right though isn’t he. It’s all the god believers that seem to enjoy blowing people up.
You should maybe try keeping your belief in myths to yourself. No reason why everyone needs to be poisoned by it.
Glorifying the execution of someone is sick.
