According to current reports no one was seriously hurt, thank God, the caus e of the collision is under investiagation. There are any number of reasons that may have played out just seconds before the accident. It may be weeks or months before a statement, if the authorities choose to, is made to the public.

    • jOHNbOY says:

There won’t be a statement release because it’s not our business why it happened.

  5. wahoo says:

    Flip bye! Check that.

  6. Mr. Meoff says:

Bet you a cell phone had something to do with. I see it ALL THE TIME. All it takes is 2 seconds with your eyes of the road and this can happen. Just sayin.

See how much damage one can do when ONLY traveling at 35K

    • um just saying says:

You are assuming they were traveling at 35K. I hope that everyone makes a speedy recovery.

  9. mmm says:

If this accident was caused by driver error, and they make a claim, their insurance premium will be very high for a few years..if the insurance comp any pays out. There are some situations were they will not pay. I wonder if someone can answer a question for me…..will everyone,s insurance premiums rise as a result of the many driver accident situations that occur during the year that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars ?

    • Truth says:

No… the insurance agencies factor in some ‘fat’ for accidents – often called the ‘stupidity factor’. They make a bit higher here in Bermuda because, well, you know…

  10. hmm says:

I think its safe to say the PLP was behind this.
