Smith & Douglas Named Cricket Players Of Week
Logic and the Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] announced that the Logic Premier Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Allan Douglas Jnr of St. David’s and the First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Jamie Smith from Devonshire Recreation Club.
The BCB said, “Allan scored 46 runs out of St. David’s total of 247 against Willow Cuts and then followed up with 4 wickets for 12 runs off 6 overs.
“The Logic First Division ‘Player of the Week’ is Jamie Smith from Devonshire Recreation Club. Jamie delivered a blistering spell of 5 wickets for 18 runs in his 7 overs [removing 5 of the top 6 batsmen] in his team’s comprehensive 9 wicket victory over Somerset Bridge RC.
