$23,299 Raised In BEST 74th Birthday Campaign
The Bermuda Environmental Sustainability Taskforce [BEST] has raised $23,299 to date towards its goal of $25,000 in support of Stuart Hayward’s 74th Birthday Campaign and his legacy of environmental advocacy in Bermuda.
“62 BEST friends have assisted BEST in reaching its goal and with the campaign ending on June 10th, BEST is looking for 12 additional BEST friends [or more!] to help it reach its goal of 74 BEST FRIENDS supporting its cause,” the group said.
“BEST asks that you please share this campaign with your friends, family and colleagues to encourage them to help Stuart and BEST continue their critical work to preserve the environmental prosperity of this island that we all love.”
Stuart Hayward added, ’It is both humbling and satisfying to experience so much support for the work we have done through BEST for our cherished Island, Bermuda, during my Birthday Celebration. We could not do what we do without you, our very BEST friends. Thank you each and every one.’
BEST added, “Making a donation is easy and can be accomplished in one of four ways:

“Everyone who makes a donation to Stuart’s 74th Birthday Campaign will be entered into a draw for one of two rare copies of ‘Bermuda’s Delicate Balance’, edited by Stuart Hayward, Vicki Holt Gomez and Dr. Wolfgang Sterrer. Written in the early 1980’s ‘Bermuda’s Delicate Balance’ is as relevant now as it was then.”
