Police: Foul Play Not Suspected In Man’s Death
Following the death of a 61-year-old man who was found this morning in a non-responsive state on the ground on Union Street, the police said that “foul play is not suspected.”
A police spokesperson said, “At about 8:32am in Saturday morning police and first responders received a report of a 61-year-old man being found on the ground next to Bermuda Industrial Union [BIU] in a non-responsive state.
“The 61-year-old Pembroke man was conveyed to KEMH via ambulance where he was later pronounced dead by a doctor at 8:52am.
“Foul play is not suspected and no further information will be given until the next of kin has been notified.”
