Ball Hockey: Houston Aeros & Racers Win
A 43 goal double-header took place at the PCC Hockey Rink as the Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey League season continued.
Phoenix Roadrunners 9 Houston Aeros 10
The opener produced 19 goals as the Houston Aeros defeated the Phoenix Roadrunners 10 – 9. Christopher Jackson scored 4 times to lead the Houston Aeros, while David Provost and Chris Grantier scored two goals each, Ian Beaudoin and James Amaral added a goal each.
Jeremy Estey scored 7 times for the Phoenix Roadrunners, while Bill Calko and Jacob Amlong added a goal each.
New England Whalers 9 Indianapolis Racers 15
The Indianapolis Racers defeated the New England Whalers 15 – 9, the Racers got hat-tricks from Scott Ferguson, Chris Merritt and JM Tremblay, while Yan Leclerc scored twice, Mathieu Desjardins, Derek Winch, Shane Mckay and Adam Smith all added a goal each.
Matthew Benson scored six times for the New England Whalers, while Adam Mattatall added a hat-trick.
